Privacy Policy — EasyCalc

This Privacy Policy explains how the EasyCalc – Calculator & Tools mobile application (“EasyCalc”, “the app”, “we”) handles information. EasyCalc is designed to be offline-first and privacy-friendly: your calculations, notes and history stay on your device.

1. Information we collect

We do not require an account, and we do not ask you for personal information such as your name, email or phone number.

On-device data. Your calculation history, notes, favourites, theme and other preferences are stored only on your device. We cannot see this data, and it is removed when you uninstall the app.
Advertising data. EasyCalc shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect information such as your device advertising ID, IP address, general (coarse) location and app-interaction data. This is handled by Google, not by us.
Currency exchange rates. The currency converter fetches up-to-date rates from a third-party rate provider over a secure connection. No personal data is sent with these requests.

2. How information is used

To provide core app functionality (calculations, tools, converters, history).
To remember your settings and preferences on your device.
To display and measure advertising through Google AdMob.

3. Advertising & consent

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. In regions where it is required (for example the European Economic Area and the UK), the app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can review or change your choice at any time from the app’s Settings → Privacy screen.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Information described above may be processed by our service providers:

Google AdMob / Google Play services — advertising and app delivery.

5. Data security

Network requests made by the app (ads and currency rates) are transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Your personal calculations never leave your device.

6. Children

EasyCalc is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13. Because the app displays advertising, we do not knowingly target or collect data from children.

7. Your choices

Manage ad consent in Settings → Privacy within the app.
Reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.
Uninstall the app to remove all on-device data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
